“Needed some sports sandals in a hurry. I placed my order on a Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday! Shame that the sandals are less sturdy than I'd hoped.”

“I find it really difficult to find men's horse riding clothing. The men's jodhpurs I bought from decathlon 3 years ago were a perfect fit and out lasted my Mark Todd jods ten fold even though the Mark Todd ones were 3 times the price. Unfortunately I ripped the knee a few weeks ago out riding but I've taken delivery of some new ones which fit just as well and will hopefully last as long. Very impressed.”

“I have shopped for years in decathlon all over europe and usually find it a pleasant experience, i cannot say my recent experiences in Decathlon Belfast have been particularly difficult or unpleasant however i note the staff to be somewhat ambivilent compared to the staff in say France who appear much more commited to customer saatisfaction . I rarely write a review but as decathlon has and will hopefully remain one of my favourite shops i felt compelled to furnish you with this opinion”

“Excellent service - the order arrived very quickly. I had a problem with returning part of the order within the allowed time and emailed Decathlon. I had a lovely reply the next day assuring me that there would not be a problem. I tried to return the items via the online link which wouldn't work, this time I spoke to a lady who dealt with the problem immediately and emailed me the details I needed. A brilliant service Thank you”

“Very good products mostly, and great value. The main problems though are that the online shop is not great - it's slow, messy and it's not easy to find things. Also, I wish they had free delivery. Also, some great products just disappear - for instance, they had great merino wool thermals for kids last year that they don't seem to do any longer!”

“Web site easy to use and order quickly dispatched. Sadly packing not suitable for task and was forced to exchange. The staff dealt with these formalities extremely quickly and sympathetically but still the packing was not up to the job!”
