“Love Decathlon - from cheap & cheerful up to some pretty good kit. Always excellent value and the staff are helpful. The Mountain Store in Sallanches, Chamonix is a favourite. What's not to like?!”

“I was happy with the online order process, the product description and the delivery. However, had to wait a long time to actually get notification that the product is ready for pick-up at my chosen store. Luckily it wasn't urgent but in this case it was worth the wait as the item ordered came at a knock-down price with very good quality.”

“I was very disappointed in the sizing I bought a gilet and jodhpurs for my 13 year old granddaughter I bought age 14yrs and they were not suitable they were very small the gilet looked more like a 8 or 9 year old and the jodhpurs were very short. she is not a large girl so very disappointing.”

“I was very pleased with the service. Delivery was quick and easy. However the boots I ordered were a little disappointing. I had ordered them because I had had a pair a few years ago which had only just given up on me. They were very comfy to wear, waterproof in all weathers while walking my dog and easy to slip on and off. However these new ones, which I thought were the same kind, are different. They are much narrower, and shorter in the leg so more difficult to get on and off. I have arthritis in my feet and it's a struggle to get my feet into these new ones without getting a cramp. The inner lining is not attached and crumples up as you try to put your foot in the narrower opening of the boot. I read a review from another lady who said almost the same thing. Apparently the old ones were made in Serbia I believe, whereas these ones are made in China. They are just not the same good quality comfy wellington boot as before which is a shame. I hardly had the first pair off my feet but have hardly had these new ones on. Perhaps a lesson in leaving well alone.”
