“The sizing of ladies clothes is unsatisfactory. The leg length of trousers is linked to the size so it seems that if you get fatter you get taller, but if you are thin you can't be tall. I am a 6 feet tall size 10 and none of the trousers are long enough for me. The choice of ladies hiking and mountain clothing is very limited, I would like to see a larger range, like there is for the men.”

“Good childrens ski pant but the sizing is way off. Bought 7-8 for my (just) 8 year old daughter and they were HUGE. Even with the adjustable leg there was just too much length. Will get her 5-6 yrs and she is average in size.”

“The description of the colours on your website is not very clear! When buying for a boy, I need to know if something is orange or pink - it happened with one of the fleece colours which said coral... in the end I phoned in, and they passed me on a number of a shop and then the person said it was ok for a boy, so I did buy it! but was far from ideal! A wider colour selection in children's fleeces would be great!! All the rest is good - except that the children's Wedze ski helmets never fit properly... Quality of all items we have bought over the last two years has been very good. Will definitely keep coming back.”

“Excellent service. Ordering goods is very easy, exchanges are dealt with promptly and efficiently and delivery of orders is fast. Sizing of clothes is smaller. Very often clothes need to be ordered a size up from your usual. So taking measurements before ordering is important to avoid exchanges.”
