“Decathlon offers extremely good value products at a very fair price. Fortunately I never had to contact their customer service but their in-store staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only point they could improve in my opinion is the delivery stage: they do not deliver for free and even with a fee, it takes longer to arrive than other online stores such as Wiggle.com for example. We reserved an item to be collected in store and it has been two weeks we are waiting for this item to be ready for collection, not even dispatched. I would and do recommend Decathlon around me.”

“I ordered a snow suit and snow gloves for my Grandson's Christmas present which arrived super quick. However, the gloves were too small so I had to return them and re-order the larger size. I could not believe how quickly this was turned around and I received the replacement gloves within 3 days with no extra charge for postage. Outstanding service and excellent quality goods. The paperwork and ease of returns was brilliant. Lesley from Hertfordshire”

“Unfortunately i had a poor experience with Decathlon where i ordered a bike which would have been in time for my sons birthday. It was delivered damaged, as was the replacement. The 3rd bike somehow got lost or misplaced at another site and completely missed my sons birthday.”

“I love both stores I visit in Stockport and Warrington. The products are very good and cost a lot less than the branded offers in other sports stores. It would be great if the full range was on offer or information next to the product if other colors are available; as I do find when I go on-line I see you have a lot more to offer.”

“not one to normally right review, but have to say I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and product for Dec! Very much the first port of call for all things outdoors - except boots but then I am a Scarpa fan, and jackets (badge snob). Seriously though well done excellent value without compromising product quality”
