“My overall rating is for my local Decathlon store. Not the Garmin Vivoactive smart watch I purchased. I would rate the watch as poor and Decathlon as excellent. The watch would not pair with my Sumsung Galaxy S3 despite the Garmin website saying it will. I tried everything and so did Decathlon. Garmin support was rubbish. Decathlon's help and support was excellent and they really did go the extra mile to try and make this watch work for me. Unfortunately I had to return the watch to decathlon for full refund because we just could not make it work as it should. Very reassuring and helpful staff which is why I gave this review the highest rating.”

“Excellent customer service, always ready to sort out any problems, excellent returns as I live in cruden bay, north east of Scotland everything has to be bought on line, so sometimes mistakes are made.”

“We have shopped at Decathlon for many years as the products sold are all excellent quality and really good value for money. We've bought everything from football and rugby gear to kayaks and bikes. These products all last well even with regular heavy use and I can honestly say we've never had to take anything back due to poor quality or faulty goods. There's also a really good range of outdoor and sporting goods with most accessories well below the price of branded goods sold elsewhere. Overall, we're very happy with the service and quality of purchases made at Decathlon and will continue to shop here as long as they remain in town.”

“Good selection & prices for everyone. Sometimes trying to find someone not busy to help is a problem as is the language barrier at times. Would help if all the staff had an idea about the sizes in British as this has been a problem in past. Otherwise everything good.”
