“I really hate leaving bad reviews, but as you have asked me 10 times now, I feel that I have to tell you. My order placed DCUK2105421- £150.00 on 19/12/2015 and due for delivery on 24/12/2015 did not come on the day but with 10 days delay . You really need to review your current contract arrangements with the delivery company , as they are letting you down. I am sorry , I had to tell you ... My daughters Christmas Present did not turn up on time and she was the only one without a present this Christmas....”

“excellent ordered online , collected in store , several times always fast and efficient and the quality of the items is superb can not fault this company. Much better than other large sport orientated companies . Definitely recommended and I will always be a returning customer”

“I purchased the KIPWARM JUNIOR JODHPURS BROWN & BLACK AGE 14, I am usually an adult size 10 but this size fits perfectly. I have purchased other items in the past and I have to say Decathlons products are very well made and a fraction of the price compared to similar items on the market. Even my friends are looking at Decathlon first for their horsey needs. Thank you for a great service I shall visit time and again.”

“My experience has been positive. The online service is easy to use. Customer services is always courteous, polite and knowledgable. Click and collect service is the best - no waiting for goods!. Only negative - fustrating when items have been sold out and there is no indication given on time scale when next available”

“My daughter wanted a new bicycle, she had some idea what she wanted from looking at the website. When we got to the shop (lakeside) she tried out 3 different bikes by riding them around the shop. The assistants were totally cool with letting her ride around, no sales pressure. This enabled her to make a good decision on which bike she really liked the most . I wanted her to be really sure which bike felt right because I've seen bike's collect dust in the shed before because the rider didn't feel confident and made a rushed purchase without a proper test ride.The assistant prepped the bike while we went to get some food and it was ready when we came back. We paid and took the bike home. My daughter absolutely loves the bike and she's ridden it quite a lot already even though it's cold. The bike was really good value compared to everything else we looked at.”
