“I ordered a children's bike seat and what I ended up receiving an avalanche survival kit. When I called to see what went wrong I was told I had to wait 3 weeks to receive the correct item, which was no use as Xmas was 2 weeks away. Had to cancel the order and go elsewhere.”

“Delivery of my order was fast/prompt. I ordered on Friday evening online and received the goods on Monday morning. However, I am not in favour of the £3.99 delivery charge for orders under £70.00.”

“The member of staff on the shop floor was very helpful and offered suggestions to help find a good pair of trail trainers. The girl on the till, looked like she didn't want to be there at all, and also the pricing was different on the displays compared to the price that came up on the till. Very confusing!!!”

“Great technical clothing and equipment for running and hiking at very reasonable prices. Sizing is a bit hit and miss and items are often out of stock very quickly and do not come back into stock. Otherwise a great store”

“I have always been impressed with the high quality products from Decathlon, I have never found a store that has so much very good quality at such low cost. I am always confident that what ever I purchase from Decathlon will be of the very best quality and designed and fit for purpose, and always at an unbelievable low cost. I have purchase bikes and bike parts to socks goggles and running shoes in the past and have never had any problems, the customer service is second to none and the expertise of the staff it outstanding.”
