“Great stuff, good prices and very good service swapping something that didn't fit me I couldn't get the inPost collection service to work on line, and when I rang cust services they couldn't help either, but once I ticket home delivery, it all worked perfectly”

“Out of 3 orders I have placed every single one has had a problem. First one, the order went missing, second one the wrong order was processed and this last one should have been delivered Tuesday 18th by 18:00 and I'm still waiting and Inpost can't find the order yet! Really bad service. I just dispair.”

“My first port of call for outdoor gear, I love every single item I've bought from Decathlon. Everything is as good as or better than the big outdoor brands, and always at a fraction of the cost. Literally the only problem I have with the place is that I always come away having bought twice as much stuff as intended to!”

“I'm not familiar with computers and nor is older generation. So I struggle in making order. Also where store lacks is once you have made an order and gone to pay at counter I thought item I had payed for was at back of shop in store room. Like way Argos is.now I have make another journey into Southampton to collect an item that I ordered week before”
