It didn't make me happy. Sizing was awful so incurred extra postage which I wasn't happy about.

I ordered a tracksuit and the size I was sent was wrong.I spoke to store who checked and had none in stock I was then told to call customer care who told me that the sizes are out of stock so rather than cancel my order I was just sent the wrong size which meant I then had to drive back to try store to return it and go to another shop to get a new present

Order came and the items are not right for what I need but this is fair enough however there is no return label with the parcel so I now need to spend time finding a store and returning that way which is an inconvenience for me

You must create and print out your returns form on our website. This returns form stating your returns ID must be enclosed with your parcel. To do this, just go to your "My account" personal space and click the "Make a return" link. If needed, we can create your returns form for you. If you have not printed your returns form, please write your contact details on a piece of paper along with your order number and the chosen exchange/refund option. I ordered 2 pair of UK size 8 trainers on line and was sent UK 7.5. I enquired about getting replacements and whether available at Lakeside my nearest store (20+ miles) but all i got was instruction for returning the trainers. I called and was told replacements would be sent and again how to return. The subsequent email showed they had replaced with size UK 8.5. Called again to cancel completely

Great store with great prices. Hard to get sizes in Belfast shop but can order online to get delivered but obviously costs to get it delivered

Your delivery system was very bad. I chose a drop at a Morrison's; the whole locker set went unusable. It was dropped from the list of available sites when I was trying to track my package, which was "in transit". The distributor could not divert to another drop, or to me, without instructions from the merchant. So I had to get back to Decathlon; it was not known that there was a problem at Morrison's Aberdeen. Mechanics were to try to fix it (I think only after I had made the problem known). The package could be delivered to it after it was repaired, but nobody knew how long that would take. We agreed a new order to be delivered direct to me. I had wanted a speedy receipt when I purchased; I did not get it by many days. I was not impressed by my being responsible for discovering the problem and for having to make contact with both distributor and merchant to identify and rectify. There should be a better feedback of a delivery problem, so that rectification can be quickly initiated by Decathlon.
