“I had a problem with a piece of exercise equipment that I had purchased a couple of years ago. I contacted the customer service team for advice on how to get a repair done ( I understood that the warranty had expired). The customer service team were excellent - after a few enquires they organised collection of the faulty machine and delivery of a replacement. Overall I would rate the communication and response of the customer service team as outstanding!”

“I usually buy hiking,climbing and alpinism goods. Consistently good products with excellent customer service. I find the higher priced range stands up really well to much more expensive brands. Wish there was a larger store close to me. The Wandsworth branch has a limited range.”

“The sizing as ridiculous. I am a medium to large in every outdoor make but the Simond hoody in large was like a small to medium. The pick up from the shop was fine and the return efficient. They have sold out of xl hoodies so all in all a complete waste of a trip. Just as well I live nearby or I would have been very cross!”
