“I ordered some ski boots - and it's a while back now so I can't remember the exact timings - but basically, I went to the shop and tried some on. Found a pair I liked but my size wasn't in stock there, went home, ordered them online to be shipped to the store, picked them up later that week. Fantastic service, good prices, easy-to-use online shopping system. I'm eyeing a pair of skis next and will almost certainly buy them from Decathlon if they have the right size”

“I found it really easy to identify the product I needed and a bit of internet research showed it was being sold at a fair price. Ordering was easy and quick using PayPal and the quality of the table was good. The only problem I had was arranging delivery but that may well have been the shipping company rather than Decathlon. None of the item, order or package numbers listed by Decathlon were recognised by the shipper, 2SL, and so the on line delivery booking system would not work. Delivery took about a week longer than it should have done.”

“Unfortunately my Comfort bicycle was delivered minus the control console, which caused a delay in assembling it. However, your people were kind in sourcing and supplying one separately, so now the apparatus is in full working order and giving great satisfaction.”

“If it isnt in store its online and no problems returning to store. Almost always cheapest for quality kit. Dive, bike, gym. We've been happy with all of it. never seen one before moved to the south coast, but wish i had.”

“The trail running pack I bought is well made and very light. You will need to spend some time adjusting the straps to ensure best fit, but once you get it locked in it's as good as you'll find anywhere for 4 times the price. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.”
