“Visited Sheffield store to return some ski boots which I'd ordered online that didn't fit. The manager was rude and seemed very uninterested in cooperating when I explained the price I'd bought them for was different to the since drop in price he could see online. I explained when I'd bought them and he achnowledged this was after the decrease online however was blunt and seemed frustrated. Wasn't a positive experience and I'd strongly consider buying my ski boots elsewhere in future.”

“Purchased a Fitbit watch and some Fitbit scales - delivery took longer than promised and once they arrived, it was obvious that the scales had actually been used before, plastic cover had been removed and was folded up in the box and they had someone elses footprints on them - they were either customer returns or graded stock but sold at full price. Was hard work getting a return for them to collect the goods, all returns forms were expecting me to pay for postage. A week after collection I still had no refund, was told that they would be refunded once the warehouse checks them (a week later?!) - after i said that wasn't good enough they refunded me straight away but a customer shouldn't have to call. They could take some tips off operations such as 'Next'”

“Very easy to commute around London on the trains and easy to carry/ roll along in busy places. Lots of good comments at work even a few colleagues that have taken it for a spin. The only thing I think it could do with is a small bumper on the kick bit. This is the part that rests on the floor when sitting on the train.”

“3 of my items were wrongly labelled so I was over charged, so went back to shop and they refunded difference but it took a long time. the assistant called for a supervisor who then called for a manager who then refunded difference, which all took a long time.”
