“Love the running clothes I have bought from decathlon and I would definitely buy more but the size guide doesn't respond, I can't buy the running trousers I want until I know what size to buy!!”

“We purchased 3 diving masks, of differing sizes, for an up coming holiday. The masks all look very good quality, but as we haven't used them in water yet I am unable to fully attest as to the fit, view, ease of use etc. I purchased the masks via the "Unwrap" website which leads to a link to "Decathlon" where, obviously the purchase is made. The reason for not giving the full 5 star rating is that the sizing guide on the website is different from the actual sizes of the masks. In the end I bought the biggest mask for me, had to let my wife try it on then buy a size smaller for her then let her friend try that one on and buy another size for her. A consistent sizing guide would probably enabled me to purchase all 3 at once. The purchases themselves went smoothly & delivery was fast.”

“My ordered item didn't "arrive" yet after 3 days by the Click and Collect option despite I paid straight away and the store had it on display. My son's birthday was ruined. My online account says this item has been shipped. So, what's going on?? Would it be simplier and easier to buy from the shop instead of the website? Why should I leave a feedback before I've got the correct service?”

“Very impressed with the order and collect in store option. Needed a sailing helmet for my son. Ordered two sizes returning the one we didn't need. Very good service and the whole process was made very easy and was hassle free. Thank you”

“I have used your Surrey quays store for quite a few years but the last couple of visits in the last few months have been less than impressed. Store has generally been cluttered with things off the shelves, the self service tills are frustrating and slow, things rarely scan and I had had to wait for an assistant to put numbers in manually, security guards on door generally treat paying customers as suspected criminals. Not a fun experiance”

“As always,Decathlon are so easy to deal with,an order is placed on line and with click and collect,free delivery. The next stage is to attend at the store where the always friendly and helpful staff hand over my order. What could be easier.”

“Many of your customers from many countries do not have Decathlon stores ... and you do not you offer international shipping service and shipping companies intermediate cost us a lot of money as well as require that stick genuine bills with the product and you do not you provide this ??????”

“What a great experience.! I live on the Isle of Man and bikes are expensive. I bought a Btwin 520 Hybrid as there was nothing like it on the island. Within 2 days of ordering my bike arrived all assembled, all I had to do was pop the peddles on. This is my second bike from Decathlon and I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Outstanding service ????????”
