“excellent. roomy pop up tebt for use as a shower. pops up with some force so dont do this in confined spaces. a bit of a wrestle to pack away but ends up compact.”

“Great product, but it didn't arrive on the date you said it would. It was a day later. You offer different couriers, but don't explain who is most reliable etc. It would be better to say within 3 days than a specific date if it isn't guaranteed.”

“Whenever I go to Decathlon, I end up wandering around the whole store wanting to buy an awful lot more than I went in for! There is so much choice in every category of outdoor sports and activities and everything is at a very reasonable price. The staff are always very helpful too. Always a great experience visiting Decathlon!”

Dear Steve, Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear you have experienced problems with your order. We can confirm that we looked into the cause of this error and have discovered that we have made a miscalculation with the UK & US sizing of this model. Different brands use different measurements to measure their footwear, we have applied our Decathlon branded size chart to this product which has caused the UK & US conversion to be incorrect, the EU size remains correct. We apologise profoundly for this inaccuracy and will be reporting this back to product manager to make the necessary changes so that we can avoid this occurring in the future. For this reason we have changed your return for the refund option instead of the replacement. This process may take up to 5 business days, depending on your bank account.
