“Great product, but it didn't arrive on the date you said it would. It was a day later. You offer different couriers, but don't explain who is most reliable etc. It would be better to say within 3 days than a specific date if it isn't guaranteed.”

“Whenever I go to Decathlon, I end up wandering around the whole store wanting to buy an awful lot more than I went in for! There is so much choice in every category of outdoor sports and activities and everything is at a very reasonable price. The staff are always very helpful too. Always a great experience visiting Decathlon!”

“Ordered a pair of UK size 2 on arrival they were half a size larger! Decathlons reply was there's problems with size conversions from the European to UK sizes. Very poor nothing offered eventually got a refund.”

Dear Steve, Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear you have experienced problems with your order. We can confirm that we looked into the cause of this error and have discovered that we have made a miscalculation with the UK & US sizing of this model. Different brands use different measurements to measure their footwear, we have applied our Decathlon branded size chart to this product which has caused the UK & US conversion to be incorrect, the EU size remains correct. We apologise profoundly for this inaccuracy and will be reporting this back to product manager to make the necessary changes so that we can avoid this occurring in the future. For this reason we have changed your return for the refund option instead of the replacement. This process may take up to 5 business days, depending on your bank account. “My parcel arrived stinking of cigarettes ! Then the item inside did to! I had to chuck it out !!! Tried emailing and it was constantly refusing to send as one of the boxes apparently had wrong text in but it didn't ? No phone number no customer services ! So complete waste of money ! Would never recommend or use them again”

“Love the running clothes I have bought from decathlon and I would definitely buy more but the size guide doesn't respond, I can't buy the running trousers I want until I know what size to buy!!”

“We purchased 3 diving masks, of differing sizes, for an up coming holiday. The masks all look very good quality, but as we haven't used them in water yet I am unable to fully attest as to the fit, view, ease of use etc. I purchased the masks via the "Unwrap" website which leads to a link to "Decathlon" where, obviously the purchase is made. The reason for not giving the full 5 star rating is that the sizing guide on the website is different from the actual sizes of the masks. In the end I bought the biggest mask for me, had to let my wife try it on then buy a size smaller for her then let her friend try that one on and buy another size for her. A consistent sizing guide would probably enabled me to purchase all 3 at once. The purchases themselves went smoothly & delivery was fast.”

“My ordered item didn't "arrive" yet after 3 days by the Click and Collect option despite I paid straight away and the store had it on display. My son's birthday was ruined. My online account says this item has been shipped. So, what's going on?? Would it be simplier and easier to buy from the shop instead of the website? Why should I leave a feedback before I've got the correct service?”
