“I am a cyclist. The reason I will not use any of your clothing is because your huge tag labels are in all the wrong places. Gloves I looked at had hard tag labels sewn into the wrist and over the palm where the palm grips the bars. Very uncomfortable. Shoes. The scratchy tags are underneath the tongue to rub on the top of the foot. Other manufacturers have s/a label in sole. You need to re-think your tags”

“Product was just what I ordered, contact was fine, the only thing that let them down was the estimated delivery date. I ordered 2 wetsuits for my children before going on holiday. The estimated delivery date was the day before the holiday, so I thought it would be fine, with a day spare in case of any issues. On the afternoon of the estimated delivery date, I received an email letting me know it had just been despatched, so unfortunately it didn't arrive until we'd already gone on holiday.”

“Good products and fast delivery. Only downside was placing an order, being told I needed to provide them with a scan of my passport and address as identification (for a £40 order on my usual bank card) and therefore having to cancel the order as I, as many people probably would be, was not comfortable with giving out that information. Sorted it out by paying with PayPal and would order from the company again using this method.”

“Very pleased with our outdoor table tennis table and good price. The only complaint was confusion over delivery date. When purchased we were given an estimated date and received no other communication to state if that estimated date had changed, so when the date arrived we expected the delivery which didn't arrive. You only get a confirmed delivery date from the courier company when they contact you directly but only provide 24 hours notice. Therefore communication around delivery and managing customer expectations could definitely be improved.”

“I can only say as I find , just brill , the bikes & kit are first class,& there top end bib shorts are about £50 cheaper than the big name brands. The only problem I can see is the shop IS NOT CLOSE enough. !!!”

“I recently visited the Bolton store and saw an item on display. Stock was sold out in store but an extremely helpful assistant ordered one on line for us. We chose to have it delivered to the store. The next day we were told that it had arrived and went to collect the item. Fast efficient and courteous service. To be recommended to others.”

“Bought a cross trainer from Decathlon which arrived on time and in strong packaging. Instructions were easy to follow and the machine was set up and running in under an hour and a half, which included making a tea at the start for the two of us..! The machine is as good as we remembered it from the shop and, having used it for ten days now, has left us feeling this was an excellent choice... so we're very happy.”
