“Good stuff, easy to order and collect from the shop is brilliant. The 365 days refund is also excellent. Ratio price/quality is excellent. Wish to have more choice for instance in snow sport where the choice of snow hiking boots and snow shoes are limited.”

“A great little watch for kids. My 9 year old son has the tiniest wrists, even regular watches are too loose for him but this is perfect, it adjusts small enough. It's very easy to use too, with just the press of one button to get to stopwatch followed by one press each of another button to stop and start. He's really looking forward to trying it out at his run on Sunday! Thank you Decathlon!”

“I always buy these pumps and they have always been a good fit until this time. It seem the pumps are much narrower than before and also less elastic used Which makes them a very poor fit, so much so I am unable to wear them :-(”

“Product arrived quickly and am pleased with them, perhaps a slightly tougher case would be better considering the price of the glasses. Easy to pop into store and collect item.”

“Very poor experience of a company not properly set up for online shopping. Initially tried purchasing for collection in store, debit card debited although against their policy apparently. Contacted by email to say item was not available in store, despite showing as available online. I then tried to purchase item again from the main warehouse. Waited over a week to be told item is not in stock, despite again showing otherwise online. So if you're in a hurry for something, avoid decathlon, which is a pity as otherwise I do like their products.”

Dear David Thank you for leaving a review. Despite our attempts to keep our stock level fully up to date there can occasionally be errors or damage to products. In regards to the payment some banks do show the fee as authorised however the money is not taken until the product is scanned through the till. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Have a nice day.

“Decathalon is a great shop for not just sports clothes but comfortable clothes too and every type of sports equipment. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable too which is great. Bring back the organic cotton stuff though as it's sooo nice to wear : )”

“I good product, but very poor delivery service. Item ordered 22/4, with an estimated delivery date of 26/4. Heard nothing until 30/4 when I received a delivery note from Royal Mail to say that a DHL parcel was in their system and that there was £3.00 to pay. So much for free delivery. I guess that someone cocked up somewhere! Regards Roger Blackmore”

“A pair of winter boots I was interested in buying had been put on the shelf but we're not both the same size! A staff member took time and trouble to check if there was another 'odd sized' pair in the storeroom (there wasn't) and then checked with other stores to see if they had a pair in my size..One did, and they were sent to the Purley Way Branch where I collected them 2 days later..Excellent service from a staff member prepared to make a bit of effort to assist a customer..Well Done & Thanks”
