I bought a B'Twin Triban 500 road bike from Decathlon. The shipping was swift and efficient, the bike was well packaged and needed very little adjustment before I was able to ride it and the bike itself is awesome

Ordered items using "click and collect" method. All went very smoothly; went to local store,tried on to make sure fitting was good and left very happy. Easy-peasy!

I had to order a bike online and have it delivered to the store as it wasn't in stock. I was told it would be assembled in store so I could pick it up. After calling to double-check it was assembled and ready to pick up, I arrived to find it was still in the box. After a 40-minute wait, I was told one of the parts had been lost during assembly and to come back later in the week as a new bike needed to be ordered. No-one called so I called for a progress update to be told the new bike which had been ordered had come with the same problem and I was told I'd need to buy the next bike up from the original, which was more expensive. I'm giving Decathlon one star here because there's something seriously wrong if one of their bikes has a part missing each time it arrives. And also – even though I hate to criticise the staff as they're always nice and helpful – the processes in place don't work when communicating to customers. I had to call them each time for updates and when I arrived the bike wasn't put together even though I was told it was.

I ordered the product to be delivered and the service from DHL was very poor i will not be using them ever again they sent me a message at 20.45 if a need to amend any information to respond to the link all good sow far witch i respond to by 21.10 witch is to late sow what is the point in sending the text in the first place Order number 2 click and pick up sow i check if the product was in store yes there was 3 sow cary on then you still have to wight 5 day to pick it up think i will stick with amazon from now on One unhappy ex customer

The sizing of the wetsuit that I bought recently was ckearly way out- and I'm not impressed. I took tine to make sure that I was buying the correct size- but this was a fruitless exercise- and a desperately small 14yrs. Size is what was delivered. I suggest this ia a 10yr old maximum. The manufactures sizing ahpuld not be relied upon and stockist should. Heck against a known accurate size source. Honestly- this one didn't even come close!!

Placed order online. When i got order home an item was picked wrong. Returned to shop and original item was not in stock although computer said it was. Had to get a refund instead.
