“I gave a poor overall rating for the following issues: I ordered in the Decathlon at Southampton a Fitbit Surge smart watch. My issue is that the shop assistant ordered automatically for me the small size watch. I realized after getting the package that there is 2 size of the strap exist (small and large). Why I should suspect? The shop assistant should ask which size of the watch will fit on my wrist. So I had to go back to Decathlon (cost of the expensive petrol not even mentioned) to change it, order it again and waiting to reimburse the money for the original purchase. Also I ordered a Asics running shoes (you didn`t have on stock at that moment), and after telling to the shop assistant my european size she ordered the wrong size shoes so I had turn back again and exchange it. Hope you will be able to give adequate training about your products to your staff. Thank you!”

“I noticed a trend towards increasing the number of self operated checkouts in the store, I find them unfriendly and I always seem to have a problem. Please keep the manned cash points as the main way of paying. I was in the store recently when there was only one manned checkout operating, I left the store without making my purchase because I couldn't face using the machine. If the trend continues, I'm likely to avoid Decathlon in future.”

“My order arrived quickly and the product was just what I needed for my trip to Sestriere in Italy. I use the sunglasses daily when I cycle to work. They provide excellent protection from wind dust and glare from the sun. Thank you Decathlon good value and excellent service.”

“I ordered 2 gymnastic leotards for my girls 1 in age 10yrs the other in yrs 14/15yrs both exceptionally lovely packed well and easy to order online, collecting from the main shop was easier too, id definatly recommend buying that way in future, less hassle than trapsing around the shop, 2 beautiful items that look great on my girls thankyou jane.”

“Great boots, very comfortable and grip is good too. They are probably a bit too warm to use in the summer but then shouldn't really be needed (fingers crossed).”

“I haven't received anything yet! The first one got lost. DX arranged delivery but didn't turn up. When I called after waiting in I was told they didn't have it. Some back and forth, chasing etc but who knows what happened to it. Agreed an alternative with decathlon last week with bats and cover so was a bit happier. I called DX today to find out when but they haven't received. Called decathlon and it's still in the warehouse. Still waiting. Any prioritisation would be greatly appreciated. For 2 man deliveries it would be good if you can put the correct contact details for DX. I went round the houses with DX call centre at first.”
