“I ordered the X-Lite jacket having very much admired one bought at Christmas for a good friend of mine. However, hers looked so neat and smart but was without a hood - and that's the problem for me. Not only have I found that the medium size is too large for me but the hood sits very awkwardly on me and looks ridiculously bulky in comparison to the rest of the very neat design. That alone is the reason for the poor rating, as service was actually excellent. Having not long received the item, I will be returning it in due course for a refund in full. I would normally have done this more promptly but we have been away on holiday. Apologies, therefore, for the delay. I can honestly confirm that item has not been used other than for trying on purposes.”

Dear Linda, At decathlon.co.uk you have two options for making a return: - Return by post - Return to a Decathlon store of your choice (the invoice related to your order is available via your personal account, on our website) How to create your return form online? You must create and print out your returns form on our website. This returns form stating your returns ID must be enclosed with your parcel. To do this, just go to your "My account" personal space and click the "Make a return" link. If needed, we can create your returns form for you. If you have not printed your returns form, please write your contact details on a piece of paper along with your order number and the chosen exchange/refund option. “My mountain bike needed most of it's removable parts replacing (like grandma's broom, new head new handle) Decathlon bike repair shop did a sterling job for a very fair price within a short time. Highly recommended.”

“Decathlon is a brilliant shop. Only problem is that we don't have one on this side of London. Would be great to have a full store in Watford, Hemel , St Albans area. Lot of money in this area and lot of people looking for sporting goods!”

“My sons boxing shoes was the wrong size when delivered. I phoned up and got the right size ordered and delivered with no fuss. Excellent service. I would recommend this site to family and friends. A big thumbs up to your customer service.”
