“bought a pair of ladies climbing trousers online. delivery was prompt and the sizing was perfect so that was a relief as it can be a risk buying online. I love decathlon!”

“I ordered a jacket online in the sale to be delivered to the shop. It did not take long at all and it was easy to collect. I felt that the description of the jacket could have been a bit more detailed, for example it did not mentioned that it is fully lined with slight padding. An excellent buy at a very good price.”

You must create and print out your returns form on our website. This returns form stating your returns ID must be enclosed with your parcel. To do this, just go to your "My account" personal space and click the "Make a return" link. If needed, we can create your returns form for you. “The trousers were fine, a good fit and just what I wanted for yoga. (How did you know my leg length?). The canvas shoes were good too; a bit loose but I've added an elastic strap across.”
