“More cycling gear at a good price. I usually buy a size up (large) - but for the 300 Cycling jersey it looked a looser fit so went for a medium and it is a good fit.”

You must create and print out your returns form on our website. This returns form stating your returns ID must be enclosed with your parcel. To do this, just go to your "My account" personal space and click the "Make a return" link. If needed, we can create your returns form for you. If you have not printed your returns form, please write your contact details on a piece of paper along with your order number and the chosen exchange/refund option. “The trousers were fine, a good fit and just what I wanted for yoga. (How did you know my leg length?). The canvas shoes were good too; a bit loose but I've added an elastic strap across.”

“Ordered online for click and collect, product broke within 1 month, requested replacement, had to drive 20 miles to receive replacement as customer services refused to send replacement in a small jiffy bag to my house (although they posted it to a store) as I had used click and collect originally. So not only did Decathlon supply a faulty product, they inconvenienced me further by forcing me to make an unnecessary journey to collect a small item. I do not buy from Decathlon now. Unfortunate really as staff in store are helpful, customer service are not.”

Unfortunately we have to confirm that the click and collect service follows a different system from the home delivery procedure and we have no facilities to change the shipping methods, not even for returns and replacements. “Can't fault decathlon, its staff or its products. The only thing I can pick up o is the fact phone reception is extremely poor within its complex. Customer wifi might be a good idea especially when in circumstances where you would like to show anyone products your potentially buying for them but who are not present. :-)”
