“Great product and arrived quickly. Video is little misleading as does not come with straps for blanket on bottom or ice packs shown and product description doesn't say it doesn't either (doesn't say it does but.....). No problem. Kept food etc cold for hrs”

“It is an interesting bike, I try to like it, but things after 1week make me not be sure about the quality... The cover of the cable for the rear brake, broken already (peeled), the rear wheel braked, (because the cable does not do the spring movement anymore?) And the gears jumping from 1 to 3, no 2nd. And all the cables came hidden on the frame so you can't much without dismount the whole bike.”

“Ordering was quick and easy and I was given a suggested date as to when my item would be delivered to the collection point. This was a local shop, 10 minutes drive away. I assumed I would receive an email confirming when my item had been delivered and therefore ready for collection. However, I didn't and 2 days after the suggested delivery date I tracked my order. It was ready and awaiting collection. It would have been far easier to send an email once it was ready for collection, which is what happens with other items I order.”

“I purchased Btwin road bike a couple of years ago and used it on a number of charity rides. I'm going to do some more rides this year and will use the bike again. Decathlon bikes are great value for money and I would recommend anyone to buy one.”

“Great product, the kids (11yo) are loving it. Perfect for their needs. Easy to assemble but you do require certain tools that are not included. Also, instructions could be clearer especially on how tight you should screw bolts. I eventually did it with the help of the official video instruction on YouTube. Highly recommended.”

“Shopping online was no problem and delivery was quick. When I developed a skin irritation after wearing the watch (overlooking removal of the plastic film) I could not find a way of sending a general email to register the problem, i.e. one that did not fit with your FAQs. I contacted the 'Customer loyalty' telephone number and was directed to an email address that is no longer in regular use, so there needs to be some review of processes. HOWEVER, since making contact I cannot fault the keenness with which your team are looking at finding a resolution to the problem and the watch is back with them, so there may be more feedback.”

“I have always had a good experience with Decathlon. The staff in my local store in Reading are brilliant, products are usually in stock and if I have any issues they are dealt with quickly and professionally. The on-line store is brilliant with speedy delivery and responses. Once an item I had chosen was discontinued I was contacted within 1 day of making my purchase and offered an alternative or a refund for the item.”
