“You can buy everything from a canoe tho a now and arrow. Their own range of clothing and equipment is excellent I have the sporty kids as are my wife and I, we can shop at decathlon and walk out with bags of items and not have spent too much.”

“The product was perfect but as it was a surprise for my boyfriend somehow when the product wasn't recieved at the address given my boyfriend was emailed not me. Even though my email address was the one given. I don't understand how this happened but it almost ruined the surprise. However it worked out in the end.”

“Simple ordering process and fast delivery. Really impressed with the quality of the ski gloves, exceeding my expectations. The quality of products and online purchasing appears to have dramatically improved since I last used Decathlon a number of years ago when there were only a few stores in the UK, perhaps just London. Excellent experience...now please bring a store to Bristol ! Cheers, Rob”

“I have recently ordered a mountain bike to pick up in a store at Harlow. I was entirely happy with the service and I am still happy with the mountain bike which serves me well, as I use it for commuting, and the Kemmel mountain bike is perfect for that. Thanks, Otto”

“There were 2 delivery men - 1 didn't attempt to lift the table out of the van, so we had to help the other delivery man to do this. Actually packaging of table tennis was very poor - there were tears in the box and it looked like a knife had cut across the width of the box. On checking contents we noticed there was a wheel missing. We sent an email to the online customer service and had to chase this up to get the missing wheel replaced. The actual product itself (once assembled) is good.”

“Express delivery in my bike, and also comes all ready assembled! I thought I had to put it together but I was surprised to receive the huge box already all in, just needed to put straight the handle and that was it. Good service I will recommend.”
