“When I went into the store it was my first time ever being in and it was a huge place. Not many staff about to ask where the swimming kit was. When u found it there wasn't a great deal of choice. When I asked a member of staff (when I found 1) was that all there was he wasn't really helpful at all. Went home and just ordered online myself. When I spoke to another mum she said someone helped her in store - wish I got that service as it could've been ordered there and then. Items came and I collected and was really happy with them.”

“Overall, I was quite happy. The only problem was: I have put my work address as a delivery address with the name of my company and my name ( you can see it in my invoice). However, you printed out only half of this, so the driver could not see the name of the company and he was about to return the product for this reason. He was furious. Luckily, our building has 3 floors only, otherwise I would not get my item due to this issue. This made me reluctant to order other items and when I wanted to write to you about this, there is no email on your webisite. Why? Only phone number. Please check details on the parcels in future.”

“overall the mask is excellent, it affords a far more more panoramic view than conventional masks, there is no misting and no seepage. That said the attatchment of the actual air intake on my model lasted for one day, everytime that a small wave hit it , it became detatched, I was able to retrieve the attatchment on 2 occasions, however on the 3rd occasion it sank it to water to deep for me to retrieve, whether this is a design fault overall or only pertinent to my model itself i do not know, I intend to ring the company”

“I have used Decathlon several times now, from buying one of their superb and extremely well priced B-Twin 700 carbon road bikes to Michellin bicycle tyres and the amazing Tribord Snorkelling Masks (which I used in Turkey last year and loved every minute of my snrkelling). In every instance the products have turned up in perfect condition, exactly when promised if not earlier and have always fulfilled or exceeded my expectations. Great choices, keen pricing make Decathlon a shop I will visit again and again. The website is easy to browse and logical which makes browsing to buying effortless. Completely recommend.”

“I haven't used Decathlon that much, only purchased a couple items off their website so far. However each time, they have delivered rapidly and the items a tent and socks have both been exactly as described and fantastic products. Not had to contact them for anything yet, however I would have no hesitation in ordering more products from them.”

“I have used Decathlon in France and am delighted that they are now operating in England. Excellent service from the online shop. Made multiple orders for a football party and it all arrived very fast and well packaged. Contacted customer services by phone at one point and they were very responsive and helpful. Good quality of all items (footballs, mini football nets, gloves, vests etc). I later had to change some pieces of equipment and the refund process went very smoothly. Highly recommend them.”

“I have used the online service and been into the shop and each time have been really pleased. The returns service was great when I had a problem but the stuff I have kept was great value and really did the job. We had thermals, ski trousers and glove liners from there and they were all great. They kept us warm and dry but for a fraction of the cost of other ski-wear retailers. I had boots fitted there and I got a fabulous bargain and everything the man said about the difference it would make to my ski-ing was true!! Highly recommend them for good value and high performance stuff.”
