“quick delivery, had to return all as were too small sizes come up about 3 sizes smaller than most. took back to the store and exchanged, staff were very helpful and courteous and swift with the exchange. Great prices.”

“I have only had cheap bicycles before and this bike has been a revelation, it's like moving from a ford focus to a Ferrari, I can only give my personal opinion but this bike is fantastic no issues whatsoever.”

“Overall Decathlon is a great store. Great prices and good value for money. If needing some basic kit to get started in a sport then Decathlon is the place to go. The big problem is lack of staff in store and managers who have no clue about the sports as they only hire managers as graduates. So ask them about there degree they'll answer but need some good advice about your sport, then go to a normal staff member. They also keep bringing out some really dodgy products. The B'Coool bike? The B'Clip holdall? Lots of random little things which seem to have been released without anyone checking if they are actually useful or work. Overall though its a great shop and I visit it regularly for bits n pieces!!!! Would recommend them to anyone!!!!!”

“Incredibly simple process for Click and Collect in Store. Show your order number, and some ID and walk out with your goods. Two orders (one replacing the other) all delivered, collected and returned completely smoothly. Great organisation.”
