“An absolute joke..I ordered items online to be delivered into the nottingham store. These were ordered on a Tuesday and by sat they still hadn't arrived. On going to the store to check I was told it could be at least the upcoming Tuesday..being a week in total..when they did arrive..I went in to return the items as in had now brought them in store..the lady at till said some.of the items where now reduced.I had to firmly.say I want what I paid for them going back on my card..not the price they are now. Whilst I was in store..they had another come who had been waiting a week for delivery of their items as well and we're not happy. Overall I won't be using the online shop again. And I would also recommend having home.delivery as like.myself it's very hard for me to get to the store..as I don't drive.”

“I recently moved to the USA and there are no Decathlon stores here. I wanted a two-person tent for 5 days in the Sierras but I found the range in stores here very limited in styles; and the price/spec/weight/quality was poor (unless you pay $350 / £230 / euro 477 for a Big Agnes or high end). Fortunately I had visitors from the UK so I ordered this tent to be delivered to their house and they brought it with them to the USA). It cost $122/ £80 /euro 109 and I'm chuffed with it. The design and spec is great for the price. I planned to test it by the American River but there were grass fires in the area I picked so settled for the back yard. It sets up easily, packs up easily and was roomy inside and a decent sized porch for stashing boots and rucksac. Happy.”

“This will be my 2nd order with Decathlon, very happy with leg swim suits I ordered. The only thing is the postage that I have to pay, not having a store close by, I have to pay to postage. Have not had to send things back yet, so this will cost me another lots of postage - £3.99 at a time. The products have been very good. Very happy with them”

“VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT READING BRANCH. A SHAME ABOUT THE PRODUCT. BOUGHT A TRIBAN 500 18 MONTHS AGO,FRONT WHEEL SPOKES GONE ALREADY. BOUGHT A REPLACEMENT WHEEL SAME THING HAPPENED THIS TIME ONLY AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS. I THINK BIKE IS RELATIVELY VALUE FOR MONEY AND APPRECIATE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, HOWEVER DIDNT REALISE THE WHEELS WERE SO CHEAP AND USELESS CONSIERING A VERY REASONALE TYRE IS FITTED, CYCLING CLOTHES EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR MONEY. CYCLING BIB SHORTS AND BIB LEGGINGS BETTER QUALITY AND COMFORT THAN SOME OF THE TOP LEADING BRANDS.”
