“Great value and quick delivery to store, however, the state of the click & collect area in wednesbury was terrible (it was the last time I used click & collect too), the staff couldn't find our package and eventually found it beneath the till not in the logical alphabetical shelves. Also wish there was decathlon a nearer to where I live. Decathlon Merry Hill sadly closed a few years ago.”

“Great range and quick speedy service. Just wish we have one in Cornwall. It would be so popular here with all the sports that happen in our county. I visit stores on France when we go annually or order online when home. Brilliant store, my favourite!”

“Admittedly a sport's fanatic, i love Decathlon. Whether it be for a spare inner tube for my Alur or a new outdoor jacket for my 9 year old son - Decathlon never lets me down. They sell quality items at reasonable prices, i would recommend to anyone their products and service.”

“I ordered something to be collected in store. Unfortunately it arrived 2 days later than the estimated delivery date, which had a knock on effect on my week. Having said this, the products ( saddle pad and half pad) were of high quality for a low price. The colours are vibrant and fit the horse well, would definitely recommend the products. It would be nice to see more equestrian products for rider and for the horse in store, as decathlon are far cheaper than saddlerys in the area!”

“I like Decathlon's decent quality and decent prices. And can only praise customer service. I bought two clearance items online. Unfortunately they didn't quite fit. All I had to do was return them to my local store and in a matter of minutes received a refund.”
