“I ordered shimano road cycle cleats on line on Friday night and they were ready to collect on Sunday. I walked in the shop and they were there ready for me to collect. I was back on my bike Monday morning. You can't get better than that. A1 service from Decathlon.”

Excellent customer services,...... the staff clearly want to work at Decathlon and want to help you while you are in the shop even when you don't know what you want ....
