“Order date : 03/05/2016 order DCUK2307751 Hi, On the confirmation email, I was told that the parcel will be arriving on 5 May, however, a follow up email states that there will be delay. It was not clear why there was a delay and no clear indication of the next possible arrival date. Please advice accordingly. Thank you!”
