“Over the last few years my experience of shopping at Decathlon has always been good.The staff have always been knowledgeable and helpful even if at times it has taken a while to find someone in store. Purchases always represent good quality and value for money. Unfortunately the last visit wasn't great in that the items I wanted weren't in stock but could be posted (and expensive), but I wanted them so took this option. They arrived but weren't suitable (wrong size,though I was I assured these would be). As I live some distance from the store it will be some months before I can return them for a refund. I hope there won't be a problem after a long lapse, and I will continue shopping at Decathlon.”

“The shop is very good habit all that I needed some shelves where a mess price tags missing arrows all mixed up some bent ? But shop is clean nice to be in .now paying a bit of a pain with cash as only "1" till for cash.”

“I ordered B'TWIN 500 Mountain Bike Helmet. Although I had read warnings that the helmets are undersized, I thought that my head size was well within the stated sixing. The helmet arrived in record time, bur was too small. I rang Decathlon customer services. They were incredibly helpful. They immediately emailed a postage label to me, and I posted the helmet back. A couple of days later the new, larger, helmet arrived at no extra charge. I'm very pleased with it. But mostly I am REALLY pleased with Decathlon's service.”

“Hi my special needs son loves horse riding however due to his brittle bones condition both boots long and short have a problem for his leg to go in so we have here brand new size 37 long and 39 short boots. We would love to get a refund but postage is too expensive so just not worth. Does anyone know where I could sell them and if there are boots with a zipper so my son could ride properly wearing boot. Thanks”

“Hi Decathlon people! I was searching everywhere for a thin front zip wetsuit for snorkelling in the Med. A few time recently I have been stung by jellyfish and was getting fed up with it. This fits superbly, and is so easy to get on and off. The service from your company was great, quick delivery and communication. Now do you have a suit of armour because of next doors dog? “Great service, ordered item was delivered quickly. My helmet was packed securely and in great condition, however didn't fit so had to return. Return procedure was very easy and I got even a refund on the delivery cost.”
