“Fantastic service from decathalon and speedy delivery. Only downside was that I tried paying with PayPal and payment wasn't successful but nobody informed me until 3 days later when I contacted decathalon customer service.”

“Have been using this store mostly on France Boulogne site for the past twenty years All good and spent lots too even an ATB bike and still Excellent after 10 years!! Mostly t shirts long and short footware tops etc Recently on line here in uk too Will be back this summer!!”

“Excellent quality leotard, it is a lovely fit, very pretty and my Daughter says it is the most comfortable one she has worn. It also washes up really well. The Jazz shoes are a lovely soft leather and also very comfortable. I ordered a half size larger for my Daughter to her usual shoe size and they are just right. She loves the dance crop top.”

“The Triban 500 I bought last october has so far been very good for the cost of the bike no complaints really, although I have had problems with the bearings on the padals but I'm sure they can be rectified, all in all if I had to buy another bike I think I would pick the same model again and would recommend it to my friends.”

“I completed an online purchase which was simple and quick. The item arrived in store within the timeframe given which was the option that I chose. I was sent a text telling me that the item was ready to collect so top marks, however, I then had to dig out photo ID to take to the store in order to collect. Now I am aware that this is to combat fraudulent activity but surely my phone with the email and text and card that I completed the purchase with would be enough. So maybe take a look at this practice. I think its a bit OTT”

“I was called by the giltbrook store to say our bike was in stock & ready for collection, on arrival at the store we were informed this was a mistake & it wouldn't be there until the following day. This was a birthday present for our daughter & we were informed there was nothing to be done, we received a call later that day to say the bike had gone to the wrong store & that we could have taken the same model of bike from their stock at giltbrook. My daughter missed out on her birthday present (on her birthday) due to decathlons communication breakdown....never again!!”

“My son wanted a particular pair of trainers and Decathlon was loads cheaper than anywhere else. Almost put off by the distinctly average reviews but the shoes arrived quickly without any problems. Maybe we were just lucky but would use again based on our experience.”
