Very Poor, Owned the bike for a week before the pedals started becoming loose, me and a friend tightentend the pedal, but it come's loose, apart from the rubbish pedals it has also got a puncture that was caused by a flimsy twig of a bush, went straigt through the nylon tyre and ripped the inner tube. Also this bike is used about once a week to communte on the roads so for a mountain bike this is ridoculus quality. Gary B. (sorry for bad spelling/grammar)

These comments relate to your Edinburgh store. 1. Unable to telephone the store during opening hours. 2. When collecting my new bike staff went on dinner break leaving the bike unfinished. 3. After 1.5 hours waiting for the bike to be assembled the bike was found to be damaged. 4. At home the first time the bike was used it was found to have broken gears. 5. Unable to telephone the store to report this fault. An answering machine told me that the store was closed when it was open. 6. Called Customer services at head office who supplied a "Duty" phone number so I could contact the Edinburgh store. To summarise: Negatives 1. Unable to contact an open store. 2. Product damaged in transit and not tested before I took it home. 3. Product faulty 4. Some staff were very unhelpful. Positives 1. Customer services listened 2. Some staff were very helpful. 3. Refunded immediately. I do not intend to shop at Decalthon in the near future.

I paid my items...and I'm still waiting for them...not on the shop...not at home...now sending me again to the shop...is the worst customer service EVER!!!I won't use the online shopping in decathlon ever again. Completely DISASTER!!!

My last shopping experience was very poor. I purchased an item and paid a not inconsiderable delivery charge to receive the item before going on holiday. A delivery date was agreed but the delivery company decided to deliver on another day when I wasn't at home and then left the item in their warehouse. By the time Decathlon informed me it was not possible for me to receive the item before I left to go on holiday. Whilst the fault may lay with the delivery company not delivering on the right day and then not redelivering the item, my contract was with Decathlon with whom I had paid money to have the goods delivered as agreed.

only problem was delivery which took weeks to happen and the explanation given by your transport company was not correct

Ordered a bike and changed my mind requested refund in 29 June 2015 . Today is 10 July and I've been told I might get my money back in my account sometime next week !!!

I have been a big fan of Decathlon for years but I have noticed that quality has dropped significantly. I bought a basket for my bike and the quality of the screws was so poor that it was impossible to to remove the screws. Besides the basket broke after 6 months. On top of that the brake of the brand new bike broke after 2 weeks and I am still waiting for your French colleagues to send me the broken spare part. I have been waiting for 3 months now. I didn't realize this led me on to buying a competition fed of £4.50 every week I hope I have now got out of it.!

Ordered a childs scooter online . Looks like Decathlon have renamed all their scooter range as the online names of the model do not match the 'on the box' or shelf names which makes choosing very confusing. Once id realised this had caused me to order the wrong product i tried to cancel but i could not get through to the customer service number and the online support was useless. They ended up dispatching the item via DHL then told me to refuse the delivery ?? Obviously a cheaply run online service with little or no infrastructure, totally useless

In store I was told to order an item online that wasn't in stock and that it would be delivered next day. Next day the online side of the business told me my item had been sent for store pick up however the store did not have it. Nobody could tell me where my item was or when it would be available. Complete shambles and left me with a very disappointed daughter. I'll go elsewhere in future.

Decathlon wednesbury didn't even know they had received my bike, I had to ring up the helpline to find out where it was as it was taking far too long to pick up and collect. As I was using public transport at the time, I found it annoying that they didn't know, as I could have saved a pretty penny by commuting on my bike instead of public transports. Dissapointed

Really disappointed! After a week I received an email saying, "Your order has been cancelled!" The explanation given in the email was that as it had taken longer than 7 days (expected delivery date exceeded) to process my order paypal was declining payment. When I go to my paypal account it looks as if payment has been made and then refunded, when I rang up decathlon and asked about it they said that there was a problem with my paypal account. They did say that to compensate they would email me a 10% discount voucher, but this has not arrived (not that I want to use decathlon again). So I do not have the items that I wanted and I do not have time to reorder from someone else before I go on holiday. I have always loved using decathlon in the past, great products and fast delivery, but sadly this has changed my opinion.

Orders arrive never on time. You cannot track properly the order...:-( It is due to 2 different stocks, one in UK and one in France. But it should be better to know precisely what is available for when instead of receiving the answer that everything is available without giving us the real delay it will take to have our order.

Very dissapointed and won't be coming back! We payed s for faster delivery and our product didn't arrive for about 10days after which we was told 3days. Played a lot of money to miss out as needed the product within the four days..

Someone high up in Decathlon could do with talking to me. The negative feedback based on personal experience I can offer will be both shocking and informative for your Company. So angry am I about my Bike purchase that I am tempted to escalate the matter. Not to Decathlon as I have lost faith in you, but to B'Twin themselves!!!!

ordered online to pick up in store. When traffic got in way, phoned up to cancel, took ten minutes for stockport to answer. They were unable to cancel, but said it would cancel it self and I would recieve money in my account 4 working days later. It's now 7 days later. Not good enough, never had this problem with the spanish decathlon only seems to be GB store.
