Customer service very poor. Staff not interested. Promised to call me back months ago....no response. Very disappointed.

I bought the tiniest product online, as small as a mouse. I was away on holiday so missed the email that said that seven days had elapsed so they sent it back. So I drove twenty miles to your store to pick it up only to find you had sent it back. A tiny product couldn't be stored in the largest store imaginable. I will try not to use Decathlon again I think

I ordered goods in-store and before buying I confirmed with staff that the goods would be in store the next day a I was going on holiday two days after. The order gave a date of the following day...the next day and the next day and the next day came and went...and I went on holiday. I then got an email telling me that my refund would be processed.....and nearly two months on I am still waiting for a refund. Seems that Decathalon have only reacted to the refund once I contacted my credit card company to place this transaction in dispute. Having providing my credit card details I am still waiting for them to acknowledge that the refund has been processed. Oh and I wrote to the CEO of the company explaining how bizarre his returns policy is - and no response!! Everyone at the company seem to be too busy taking customers money but unable to deliver to the timescales indicated on emails..and then don't want to return money when they confirm via email they will...FRAUD!!!! I'd rather go to Mike Ashley's Sports Direct where you know exactly what you are getting...goods delivered on time with no fuss!!

Made an order, received an email three weeks later saying the item had arrived at the delivery point. When I went to collect it it was not there, I was then informed that the email meant that the item had been returned to Decathlon. Very poor communication.

Spent £249 on an inflatable kayak. Took on holiday to Hythe. Within an hour of being on the water it almost sank as it filled with water. Seams faulty. I checked reviews only to see it is an old problem. Disgusted they are still for sale. Ruined our holiday.

I've waited 4 weeks now for a pair of golf shoes to be dispatched. The last pair i ordered took 2 days and everytime I speak to someone in the shop they say - oh they are just being dispatched. Any chance after 4 week they might realise there is a problem and they are unlikely to be dispatched?

I was disappointed as I got the straps for my Futsal goggles, but they keep slipping off when the water gets to the straps and they are not at all secure when I play Futsal. I tried to keep them in place, but when they are wet they slip off and its is difficult for me to keep holding them in place whilst I play futsal. I have lost my confidence in these scraps, I need something more weather proof not keep on moving once water hit the straps.

Called Edinburgh to check a stock item. Whoever was on the other end of the phone could not understand a word of English - 2 minute call turned into 10 minutes of pure pain and frustration. Sort that out. Also, if you are going to ask for feedback, don't wait until 3/4 weeks after the event - what are you going to do with my feedback then?

The kit came without the screws so I could not use it, I called the customer services who have been rude to me and did not resolve my problem. There were out of stock in the all UK so they have to order it in France. Fortunately for me I went to France and asked at the store which agreed to provide me with the missing pieces of my order.

Purchased winter cycling jacket. I am on a larger side of things so went for largest available. Checked sizing guide before ordering and went for XXL that should fit nicely To my surprise the jacket is too small. The paper label states XXL to fit chest ....cm but the fabric label sewn in says XXL to fit chest ....cm and this is 7cm less than given on paper label. Bit upsetting really.

I do appreciate the quality and cost of the items that Decathlon sell and am also grateful to have 2 stores within cycling distance. However, this is the second time I have placed orders into a store for collection both receiving a next day delivery confirmation email, but both were not delivered to the store until the day after. DECATHLON, PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR ONLINE SYSTEMS. If it cannot be next day (per the emails) then DONT SAY IT WILL BE. This will likely push me towards other retailers who have far more effective user experience and maintain their delivery commitments.

ORDER N° 284253 1763608 Rockrider 500 Mountain Bike M 1 Delighted with the bike I purchased for my husband but utterly disappointed in the condition I picked it up in including: - Flat tyres - a chain that has never seen any grease - gear levers never even attempted to be lined up on the handlebars neither correctly at even at least level. To add to this, having to request help to lift the bike into my car at 7 months pregnant. The bike left the store in an extremely non road worthy condition. If I lived in closer proximity of the store, yes I would have taken the bike back to the store to demonstrate the condition it was in, but I didn't fancy an hours round trip.

Due to delays with delivery I waited 4 weeks for my bike. I do however understand this happens, but after being promised delivery dates several times, I wasn't pleased to be kept waiting. Bike on the other hand was fantastic and very easy to throw together. Poor delivery service But great company with great products.

I would love to be able to review the product (table tennis table) I bought from Decathlon on 28/6, but regrettably I have yet to receive it over 2 months later. I note that I have already paid for it as well, unlike Amazon who only charge upon despatch. Terrible service, terrible company, will not be using you again.

First order came very quickly, but all items were wrong, returned everything, reordered the items and was disgusted to find once again that all the items were again wrong. Returned everything again with a note to say that everything was wrong, no apology from decathlon just very poor service. Will not be using the service again

I ordered and paid for two pair of cycling glasses being told the glasses would be in store in under a week However the truth being some 3 weeks later ----No glasses.Following this I requested my money back which the manager did,I still wanted the glasses and the manager promised to E mail me when the glasses were back in store as of 1 month later I am still awaiting any information from him Any wonder why I have such a poor impression of Decathalon in Coventry
