Decathlon have some very great products, but the online shopping is the worst (by far) I have ever seen since many years ! Not on the website itself but mostly and the shipping and customer services. Estimate delivery are never due (4 times shopping, always late....), click and collect, went to the collect store (as ordered and mail confirmation), no order at this store and nobody able to tell me in witch store it was sent ... Just the good thing in that is the refund is quick (hopefully cause must be use oven !) No apologies and no commercial act to keep customer happy when complain multiple time :( Forget the online shopping with Decathlon, just go directly to the store.

On the black friday i did order 2 Bodybuilding T-shirt. My order have been confirmed by e-mail. ( We are delighted to inform you that your order DCUK2062832 placed on the 28/11/15 has been successfully created and is now in progress. Your estimated delivery date is the 03/12/15 ) Then the 3rd december I receved an other e-mail to tell me that my order was concelled without any explanation. (Unfortunately, we have had to cancel your order DCUK2062832.) I was a really good Decathlon's costumer in France before I moved 8 months ago and I was really happy to participate at the devellopement of your brand in UK by continue to adrevt around me. But now I can tell you that I m not sure I will buy something from Decathlon anymore. Regards

We can confirm that your order was cancelled because we did not receive a response to the email informing you that your item was out of stock and offering an alternative. When purchasing my bike the gears were so badly set up that Decathlon told me to get a mechanic to help. This was done at a cost of £20. I was then reimbursed. Recently I had an accident and the crossbar snapped. I informed Decathlon and I was told that I could have a full refund. When I recieved my full refund Decathlon deducted £20. Very disappointed with Decathlon as they refused to reimburse me £20 which I had to pay for a faulty gear set up.

Thank you for leaving a review. We are unable to refund any amounts more that the original amount that you have paid us. The goodwill gesture of repairing local bike workshop costs rather than using our own workshop is that the bike is kept. A condition of this is if this is returned at a later date then we are unable to refund the bike and these repair costs. An option of an exchange is given instead of repair in this original case. Service is terribly slow, with everything you need to write e-mails, otherwise it takes forever!!!!!! I'm really not happy, and would not recommend anyone purchasing online in Decathlon!!!!

I ordered 5 items, but just arrived 4, I contacted with the customer service and they send me again the item. After that, I did a refunf following the website instruction but the company send me again the 2 items same size and model even I wrote in the reviews that it wasn´t my size, and I contacted again with the customer service. The customer service offered to me pay the post to finished the refund. But never give back the money even when I have the post conformation that the parcel arrived to the destination so I´m really disappointed with the on-line sales deparment.

We can see that you have since then be refunded for this. Regarding the postage refund we have no record of the proof of return which is why you have not yet been refunded. Ordered 3x Pairs of little boys Tennis Trainers, as i needed half sizes and they had them in stock in time for their next match; However, after 2 returns and them loosing my last return, i still have no trainers for 2 of the boys more than 1 month later. Would rather of paid more now in hindsight and gone anywhere else!! My little boys are missing matches all because Decathlon cant get the order right, and worst blame the customer when they loose the return 3rd time round.

1) Ordered item for delivery to house (in stock on web page) - few days later informed out of stock, no more coming in, transaction cancelled. 2) Few weeks later, ordered item for collection from Wednesbury store (in stock on web page) - informed by phone after I had to chase up store that only 1 in stock which had been reserved by someone else, transaction cancelled (even though web page still stated in stock at store) 3) Few more weeks later, ordered item for delivery to store - hooray it arrived and finally able to collect.

Spam merchants - you're automatically subscribed to their email distribution list with any online purchase and the only way to unsubscribe is in-store, which makes internet shopping pointless if you care for your privacy. PATHETIC!

Awful....ordered a pair of size 8.5 rugby boots. They sent a 9, I sent back with a note saying I ordered a size 8.5 please replace. They sent another pair....size 9. I have returned and requested a refund. 2 weeks later, they have received my returned boots but not processed my refund. I have emailed and been informed there was an error but the refund will now be processed my. All in all a really bad experience and wont be ordering from them again.

My first order from Dathlon, and my last. Customer Return info very poor. Review section poor. Product was pretty bad, snow boots that I could get my whole arm down inside them when wearing them! Hardly the snug fit I was promised.

I am only a medium size but I ordered a large size to be on the safe side. Upon receiving the goods I found even the lage size was to small. Couldnt be bothered to send it back.

I placed an order online for approx 40 crop tops and was given a delivery date to collect instore. When I got into the store to collect I was told my order wasn't there, the lady said at the till that they never arrive on the delivery date and they normally arrive the day after!! I asked her 'why have a delivery date then' to be told here was nothing she could do. I live approx 1 hour away from our nearest decathlon so was not happy about coming back the next day. I had a printing company waiting to print them the following day. The lady on the till said she couldn't find a tel number to call, so I looked on the website and found a number myself and gave it to the lady of which she got an answer straight away. However I was still told there was nothing they could do other than cancel the whole order! In the end I had spent so long in there I decided to cancel the whole order. I will not be purchasing anything else from decathlon after my customer service experience in the Nottingham Giltbrook store. I believe the lady's name was Grace.

For all click and collect orders you should not go to the store until the email has been received stating this is ready to collect. After ordering a pair of trousers from decathlon I received the incorrect size. From returning and receiving new pairs it totalled to 7 pairs being delivered to my house which wasted my time and effort in returning them. The fault was then discovered on the website which was displaying US sizing but once going through production they were sending EU sizes.. I received zero compensation for my wasted time and effort. I have finally got the correct size after numerous phone calls and emails. In the future I will not be shopping with decathlon.

Thank you for leaving a review. The sizes advertised on our website are universal sizes as these are recognised in all countries however because Decathlon are a French company the label is different. This means that you were receiving the correct size. I can see that you were refunded your return postage costs as a goodwill gesture in this case.
