“The goods took longer than I would have liked to arrive in store for collection but that wasn't a problem. Unfortunately they had to be returned because they didn't fit. But the return process was straight forward.”

“Great value products mostly. Need better removal guidance for sewn in security labels, as trigger alarms in store when revisiting in clothes purchased on previous visits... Took a long time to figure out that this was the problem.. Nobody likes to be made to feel like a thief!!”

“Some great stuff, but can be quite overwhelming some of the staff were disinterested in the customers. I wanted to get my gait analysed but there was nobody to help”

“Products are good and reasonable priced. Staff are untrained especially in customer service, that's if you can find any. Also nobody stops the children cycling or scootering around the store unsafely fast.”

“1) I had a problem with faulty tees , it took 6 months for a reply and a promise of replacement , still waiting 2 months later 2) I had to chase up a refund for an item that I gave back in at the store , doubt I would have got at all if I hadn't chased”

“living for many years in Wimbledon I took the train to the Canada water decathlon store in London and could try stuff on and it was great! lots of good gear to choose from . good prices, great store. now im in the sticks in devon and rely on purchasing online. the service from decathlon is very efficient but id like to ask them to please advice customers when buying clothing and shoes if they are manufactured in the far east they have never mastered the size thing so please advise customers to take a large rain jacket if they are normally a medium. just take one size up then u cant go wrong. my medium rain shell jacket is amazing but the medium is so short now and tight and not cost effective returning to and fro with British Post Office ridiculous charging.”

“Dispatch date was 3-4 days after the advertised date. This pushed back the delivery date which meant I was not able to receive delivery and had to drive out to collect my package from the delivery company's collection point. Disappointing experience.”
