“Will never order online from decathlon again very poor service”

“Order was delivered promptly (Standard delivery by Royal Mail) - unfortunately the contents were not for my order! Presumably someone else received my order? When I raised this with customer services the operator was very apologetic and helpful, re-ordered the goods for me which again I received promptly. She also sent me a link to print off a label to return the incorrect goods. If it hadn't been for this hiccup, I'd have given 5 stars”

“Everything quick and easy. No problems with pick-up or with products. Couldn't seem to be able to track my order though, as it was an internal Decathlon delivery to a store.”

“It took some time for the order to arrive but quality of the jacket and ski trousers is first class. Generous sizing so will fit for the next winter as well. Colours and fabric very good quality lots of internal pockets. Overall very satisfied”

“Ordering was OK until it went through and then I discovered the item was being shipped to me and not the person for whom it was intended. There was no apparent place to insert this information. However I was able to intercept the order before it was sent and hopefully it arrived safely and in time. Good selection of goods to chose from and efficient processing otherwise.”

“Worst service I've ever had. Took about a month from order to delivery in all, and on two occasions I was told a week then two weeks that the items I'd already paid for were out of stock. Spoke to customer service on 2 occasions and no compensation was given”

“Great products and value for money. Be wary of the sizes though. I had to get 2 sizes bigger than I thought as the first order was way too small.”

“The bike was what my granddaughter wanted .after a slow start it was delivered. I am quite happy with the service I received.!!!!!!”

“Excellent service from knowlegable staff. The only issue I had was with the description of the pedals that came with the bike. They were described as 'clipless' and I took this to mean flat pedals. The bike came with clip-in pedals (requiring special shoes) and the 'clipless'description referred to pedals without the traditional toe clip! Very confusing”
