“My items didn't turn up! I got the email to say they were dispatched but they never got delivered. The next thing I knew I had been given a refund! So I am still in need of my cycle equipment.”

“Perfect customer service. When horse ridding shoes appeared to have a defect, customer service offered an immiediate replacement or refund. Items that I've bought were very high quality & affordable. I highly recommend Decathlon !”

“Just received an XL jacket, the quality looks quite good but the size is way out. I have had Medium size jackets bigger than this, i just hope that the next size up fits. Its a bit annoying that you have to pay for the return cost as most mail order firms now are free returns.”
