“The order that I received is not the same as the product on the picture. It's ridiculous that you have to send the order back instead ( and pay for the postage yourself) of just being able to return it from the shop taht you got it from.”

“The guy at the tennis stringing I think his name is Jose, was extremely helpful. from telling him how I play, we was able to suggest the right strings and the correct tension to string my racket!! Was very patient, polite and friendly and did 3 of my rackets a day earlier than expected which meant I didn't have to rush around the following day. Excellent service!! Thank you!!!”

“Ordered a bike on the 20th October and its now the 25th and its not here. the team say it was coming from eu although they had plenty when in store I didnt make my mind up and the stores about 2 hours trip for me :-(”

“Dear Decathlon, I like the follow up support that you provide. Esp when things are out of stock, you do email back when they come on stock. Improvement: perhaps consider giving members discounts on their birthday month. - eg 40-50% off. cheers!”

“I think Decathlon is very good for a great number of sports and cycling is my main one. There is a good selection of cycling equipment and the Staff in store are very helpful. I find the prices for components and clothing very competitive. Decathlon also has a very good return policy for clothing and components. I highly recommend this company.”
