I bought a Btwin Rockrider bike for my son. A free service was offered when purchased. From the purchase to ringing to arrange a service, dropping bike off and collecting, the customer care from Warrington branch was second to none! I would definitely recommend this store and will use again and again!

crap web site and response from customer support was unhelpful. I can log into my account but when i want to change my preferences the website forces me to log in again but it never completes my request and the wheel just keeps whirring and i have tried many many times. Asked customer support to change my preferences for me as i do not want to receive newsletters and adverts and junk etc but they say that cannot help. would now just like to close account but that wont happen either. Despite there being some good items i will never shop on a website that continues to bombard me with emails when i dont want them

Found what I was looking for and at a decent price. The products are of good quality and Decathlon don't overcharge which is always nice.

Wide selection of items available and good prices. Just be aware that some sizes come up very small. Shop visit is best although online ordering is so easy and reliable.

ordered some clothes on the 20/10 /16 I received a email that I would receive parcel on the 21/10/16 next day delivery received nothing waited until 23rd still nothing. contacted them 3 times over the next 3 days was told its out for delivery and it will be with me that day every time I rang the person on the phone was very rude can say customer service is very poor. rang then on the 28th Friday was told definitely be there today checked my email there was a email from courier saying if I don't receive it by Monday contact decathlon for a new parcel to be sent .so I then ring decathlon back up to which some other clown who was so rude told me a refund had been processed previous day it was nothing but LIES after LIES all the time avoid this company

When I picked up my order from the UPS store there was not 1 item from my order in the box, at the same time I received an email saying my return had been processed and I will receive a full refund in 7 days. I called customer service to see what was happening and they just said I will get a refund but did not know why and they will look into it and call me back. I had heard nothing by mid morning the next day so made contact through the contact us facility and never heard anything back so tried calling again. I was then told there was an IT issue and if I want the things I ordered I would have to order them all again. So I am left with no goods, out of pocket for the week, some stuff I don't want and unable to do the things I bought the goods to do.

We were able to order a bike for my son online and just turned up at the store to pick it up. So simple and straight forward.

Realised I made mistake on size and phoned within five minutes of online order to change as per your website instructions and wrong size still delivered. I did get a free exchange, thank you but that was nearly two weeks ago and still not received. I also returned another item for size exchange and still waiting. Your prices are excellent, your staff lovely. But the bottom line - good value, prompt service is not being delivered to me.

I ordered a package from Decathlon, which failed to arrive by post. Having waited a few days, and checked that the postie had not left it outside or that a neighbour had not taken it in, I contacted Decathlon, who immediately cancelled my order and sent out a replacement by courier. No arguments or hassles. Great customer service. How a company deals with problems tells you a lot about them.

The order that I received is not the same as the product on the picture. It's ridiculous that you have to send the order back instead ( and pay for the postage yourself) of just being able to return it from the shop taht you got it from.

The guy at the tennis stringing I think his name is Jose, was extremely helpful. from telling him how I play, we was able to suggest the right strings and the correct tension to string my racket!! Was very patient, polite and friendly and did 3 of my rackets a day earlier than expected which meant I didn't have to rush around the following day. Excellent service!! Thank you!!!
