“The DHL delivery was absolutely hopeless. I nearly gave up and just asked them to return the goods to Decathlon.”

“Nothing. Delivery quick etc. Only thing is i had to sign up to an online account when all i wanted to do is buy something. Cant unsubscribe either or close account down. Marked as spam email now.”

“the size instruction on the website is bugged (doesn't display) and incorrect (when it does display), everything i ordered is 2 sizes too big, although i followed the size instruction also, every item seems to have its own size format (uk, us, europe, M vs 32 vs 42... ), it is extremely confusing, and incorrect.”
