“It took 35 minutes to exit the car park at Wednesbury - mainly because the car park next door being dug up and some numptie trying to direct the traffic and making it worse.”

Dear Brian, thank you for having taken the time to provide us your feedback. We regret to inform you that the UK law requires large shops in England to charge 5p for all single-use plastic carrier bags. Charging started on 5 October 2015. The aim is to reduce the use of single-use plastic carrier bags, and the litter they can cause, by encouraging people to reuse bags. Large businesses need to charge for single-use plastic carrier bags. “We recently bought a bike pump from Decathlon's Bolton store. When we tried to pump up a tyre we found that we couldn't. We emailed the customer service team, who immediately offered advice. Unfortunately we still couldn't pump the tyre up. Customer services offered to replace the pump, which they set up beforehand so the valve was right for our bikes.Within one week we had a replacement pump which works. I cannot fault them.”

“Usually have a good range of products, some unusual stuff. Branded cycling gear usually expensive, and not a fan of kalenji shoes, otherwise everything else has been a solid product, and they are good about returns if you aren't happy”
