“Staff in the store at Edinburgh were helpful and knowledgeable, willing to spend time to ensure that the correct product was ordered. Web site is good except when trying to log into 'My Account'. Having entered e-mail address and correct password, the same window kept returning, even though, apparently, I was logged in!”

“Very efficient overall. The only problem was that the basketball stand we received had the top plastic cap damaged. I contacted your staff and they offered to replace the whole thing. I said that wasn't necessary as I thought I could find a replacement locally. Unfortunately I couldn't. Is it not possible to send me a replacement circular plastic capr the top of the main stand pole?”

“I ordered ice skates for my nephews birthday and paid the max fee for postage to ensure it was delivered on time. It advised that delivery would be this date at the very latest. Unfortunately it did not arrive on this date. Very disappointed with this service.”
