“Good prices, and speedy delivery. What was disappointing was what the item I wanted was not in stock at the store I visited. It was a bouyancy aid, and I wanted to try it on, and feel the quality of the item - which is why I visited the store in Reading (25 miles from home). So in the end, I had to rely on it being delivered, getting here on time, and being suitable etc - which is was in the end.”

“My experience of buying anything via the website was extremely poor. 3 attempts to buy a small valued item and all 3 occasions the orde was pullled for fraud checks which lead me to cancel the order. I find it easier to visit the store. I attempted again to buy an item online, the 4th attemp eventually managed to get a order through on a click and collect. The communication email was really poor. I had to call to find out if the item was ready to collect, which at that point I gave up and did it the old fashion way and visit the store.”
