“This is a fantastic product, I have a dent in my temple from an operation that I couldn`t get a seal on with normal goggles for snorkelling, this full face mask sealed that problem and gave me and my wife the joys of seeing underwater together. We tried the masks out in Cuba and were asked by loads of other snorkelers were we got them from and we gave them your website details and totally recommended they purchase the masks. “Great value for money. Biggest problem is with website some items missing full descriptions and some delivery times are long. Also sizes in horse products tend to come up small some full size items I have ordered don't fit my horse and this is the largest you do.”

“Can't really fault decathlon. Excellent bike! I love it and have had plenty of use out of it already! Slight delay in shipment, rang up and issue was resolved the next day. DHL were very poor however. Over a week to get it delivered when it was meant to be next day. Took a day off work to receive the bike only to be told it wouldn't be delivered that day. They refused to deliver on weekends and the closest day for re delivery was the following Tuesday. I asked to change shipment address and was told it would be an extra day. 3 days later the bike finally turns up. The box was in a very beaten state and there was a slight scratch on the bars. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase!”

“I am a long standing customer of decathlon, but recently I have noticed that the sizing of men's clothing is totally inconsistent. I used to be able to order XL and know that it would fit, but now it can be too large or too small. There are also size differences between sports and between the same item that is produced by different manufacturers. For example I ordered a XL baselayer top in the cycling range and also a XL baselayer top in the skiing range. The skiing top was more like 3XL. This makes ordering online difficult and inefficient. Surely something can be done about this”

“Being disabled, I was looking for a pair of jodhpurs which I could get in to and out of without assistance. Decathlon gave me the information I needed to decide on an option for me and suppled the item of my choice quickly and efficiently.”

“Three weeks since my order and nothing has arrived yet, not even a missed delivery card. Have spent hours on the phone to customer services, who are very polite but haven't achieved anything. No end in sight...”

“Excellent on-line service. website very easy to use, easy to set up account and have delivered to another address (even in a different country to account address) bought gym and rugby clothes from you, a mixture of own brand and named brands - price excellent and quality good. Love the kids gym shorts with the blue or orange undershorts - they look great and very comfortable. and the kipsta brand for rugby stuff, and under clothes is great. delivery fast and efficient. I recommend you to everyone!!”

“I requested home delivery which never happened. order was delivered to store. website very confusing. rang customer services who were not very helpful; was advised to cancel order and re do the order again (not impressed as large order). I then had to travel to Bolton store to collect order. I advised staff that I needed help as recently had an operation and could not lift. Bolton staff were very helpful and put everything in car. the only thing I would say is that there were not enough people on the tills and the queue was long and customers were getting cross and walking out !”
