“Swift delivery (to the highlands!) and in perfect condition on arrival. Getting this much bike for such a low price was frankly astonishing, probably the best deal I've ever seen on a road bike. Happy customer!”

“I highly rate Decathlon sportswear & clothing, the staff in store are always extremely knowledgeable & keen to help. I have no experience of home delivery but my experience of store delivery was unfortunate. There happened to be 2 persons with the same name with store deliveries on the same day. My order number was printed correctly on my parcel but it was the wrong order within, swapped parcel insides with another lady of the same name. The Manager Hannah & the staff at Decathlon Stockport were really helpful and attempted to reorder my items even though some were then out if stock. Luckily, the other lady also returned her incorrect parcel & I was able to obtain the items in question. Unfortunately I'm currently disabled & housebound, this situation involved me having to ask my estranged husband to make several trips to store to sort out this situation. I think the warehouse/delivery system needs a checking system but the staff in store are brilliant.”

“My only complaint with Decathlon was the products I wanted I could not collect in store, even though the website said I could initially. When I then went on and re-ordered I got them delivered to a drop of point. Shame they couldn't have delivered them to their own store.”

“I have not shopped at Decathlon for a while, but I needed some kit (including survival pack) for a long distance trail run. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and the quality of what I could get. I will be doing all my shopping for outdoors stuff at Decathlon from now on. Keep up the good work.”

“Website is quite cumbersome to navigate and slow to update - need an easy way to view lots of products - sometimes if you get within a "department" then you can't view all products on your site. As long as you have plenty of time - its okay! Also if using the back button, it takes you to somewhere you aren't expecting - overall a little difficult to use. Generally good photos - could do with better description on some products.”

“Easy to use website. Good service. Boots ordered were very large for the size they were meant to be but due to the generous returns period I'll be able to return these in store (so not having to pay return postage) at a later date. Would recommend!”
