Ordered a golf putter online to be delivered to my local store. I received an email within a few days to say that my item had now arrived at the store and was ready to collect. I took my invoice number to the store and had no difficulties collecting my item. Very fast service and very happy with my product.

The products were of a good quality. However, I had to pay to return items and I still haven't heard if they have been received and if I will be getting the replacement product back.

Great company, offers almost every sport, much more choice online than In store, sometimes Wednesbury branch has lots and other times not a lot but shop online and the choice is huge. Nearly all my sports and casual gear comes from decathlon!

I needed swimming goggles very quickly the only place to go was Decathalon. You never let people down and sometimes a bargain can be had....so much the better! Thank you excellent service.

When I ordered I was unable to find the bats that I wanted so I had what seemed to be the nearest. Unfortunately these bats are taking some time to get used to. On revisiting your site I now find that you have the bats I was seeking.

Having ordered a Pro Run treadmillI I was completely staggered by the incompetence of DX Delivery Solutions and hugely frustrated by the fact that it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them and speak to anyone. It failed to arrived on the first day (1 day at work lost for me - it should have been with me by 10am) after spending the morning and afternoon on the phone it transpired that DX had lost the treadmill. I reordered it and scheduled a second day off work. The treadmill did not arrive. After several phone calls to Decathlon who eventually were able to contact DX it transpired that the treadmill was damaged and could not be delivered. A second day of work missed. Eventually I reordered the treadmill and hired a van and collected it myself. In total therefore the treadmill cost me £799 + £300 missed at work + £100 to hire a van. You can imagine my further incredulence when the very helpful Decathlon operative offered me a £10 goodwill voucher.

I like decathlon and place a fair number of online orders. The choice is excellent and pricing is good, and it always surprises me that more friends and colleagues do not use what I call 'the ikea of sport'. Being able to see the number in stock of items at a particular store is good, especially as I am close to one store near my home and another near where I work. Having triplets sons we often buy things in threes (or sixes!). On a couple of occasions I have ordered items online, and assume the stock has been allocated to my order, but then later receive an email saying they (for instance) can only find 1 or 2 of an item rather than the 3 I ordered. This can be annoying but the refund process is quick. Some orders take frustratingly longer than others and this can be because they are coming from abroad. More upfront acknowledgment of this would be good. The revised phone app is good and I offered to be a tester for this (as I work in IT) but no one came back to me on it. You sometimes see items listed by an internal product code or description rather than the customers product name. Have found it difficult at times using the app inside the store (whereas outside in the car park I can quickly find the order numbers). You should improve this if you want people to use their smartphones as a way of browsing once in store.

The wetsuits I bought for my kids are top quality and well worth the money. The size chosen should be carefully considered as my kids are 7 yrs old of normal size and the wetsuits are meant for 10 yr olds and just about fit ok.

Fantastic cycling clothing - son in Vancouver can't get anything to compare in Canada so orders Decathlon for me to take over when visiting. Customer service second to none - one item out of stock but all stops pulled out and the wonderful customer service team got it to me in time for my trip! My son was delighted with everything - thank you, Decathlon!
