“Very pleased with products received but delivery took longer than expected. Found it hard to re-find some things on website which was frustrating but got there in the end, I suppose when you have so much to offer to be expected....maybe good to have a recently viewed bit? Overall very good, thank you.”

“Process for making a return/refund is so time consuming. It took me over an hour, it's difficult to find things on the website, no one answers the phone and the chat system is too slow. And even when Decathlon email me, I can't just email them back I have to find the contact form somewhere in the website again. I wont return to Decathlon again, I don't have that much free time to do so.”

“Shoes purchased for my son were great. Looked better than expectedouble and very comfortable. Easy to take off and put on. Washed well too. Would highly recommend. Company offers a wide choice and really good value for money. Sizes a touch on the small size.”

“Chose click and collect option for a football shirt I was taking to Greece as gift. Received email to say on its way then got nothing else. Two visits to store and 5 phone calls later I was told it was lost as its such a small parcel. One day before I travelled! Went to JD sports insteas”

“I use Decathlon when I tour France, Spain and Portugal and they never fail to give good service and value for money. I look forward to winter and my annual trip to decathlon to stock up on Fleece tops, t-shirts and sports wear. Please could we have a Decathlon store in the west country? Thank you Decathlon :-)”

“I find the sizing a problem with most products I have purchased, they all seem to be smaller than what it states on the sizing charts i.e. size 9 boots are very tight.”

“I was after a race vest for an Ultra Marathon and the Kalenji 9-14l one came up trumps £24.00 compared to £85-120 for other brands the product is light, easy to use and comfortable. The only down side is the side zip pockets are hard to access when wearing the vest. But all together a great product.”

“Sizes measures are a little bit confusing, at least for me. I bought the wrong size and I had to return my items. When I sent them back, I had not any feedback about that the product has arrived and you were processing my return. It would be a good improvement to have that. For 10 days I didnt know anything from you and called to know if there were any issues. The services and the products are fine, just i would add some more feedback and clearer sizes.”

“Wife wanted a basket for the rear of her Decathlon Btwin Triban 3 Trail bike.The bike already had a rear rack, so I assumed the "500 b'clip rear bike basket" would fit, but no. Had to buy another rack, "500 B'clip" at £25 inc. shipping. So we now have a redundant rear rack. We got there in the end and we are happy with the end result.”
