“Range of colours for Fitbit and available sizes was very small (2 colours for charge hr and only one colour in small size) Took a week to dispatch which meant my delivery was over a week til it was delivered”

We will forward your feedback to the electronics product manager to consider. In regards to your estimated delivery date this is indicated on your basket page. This date depends on the delivery method you choose and where the products are stocked. Most of our products are stocked in the UK but some are stocked in our European warehouses. “OK well here goes. I placed an order on the 6th June 2016 and I am still waiting for my delivery!! Yes it has been a bit of a nightmare really I am hoping to receive the items tomorrow but I am not holding my breath. Decathlon blamed the DK2man delivery company and DK2man blamed Decathlon... I really don't care whose fault it is but it has not been dealt with very professionally or very quickly. I had to ask someone to wait in for the original delivery that never materialised and will now have to ask them again to wait for the delivery tomorrow. The delivery companies way of dealing with the customer is not very good either as it is very difficult to actually speak to them and then they too are not very helpful. Today I spoke to Decathlon at 4.15pm and it is now 7pm and they have not yet called me back. I thought I was the customer ...... I am truly not feeling very satisfied by the whole experience.”

“i ORDERED A FEATHER GUILET AND IT WAS DELVER AS EXPECTED. THE PRODUCT WAS GREAT AND I WOULD THROUGHLY RECOMMEND DECATHALON.....IN FACT I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A FEATHER/DOWN JACKET”

“Received confirmation of delivery for click and collect but when I went to store they told me it was 'lost' and in fact had never been delivered. Offered £25 item as compensation and the store re-ordered my product. Customer service was excellent and the product is great. Shame about the delivery which took 10 days for item to finally arrive. I found the product descriptions on the website were a little vague for the product I was looking at and the assembly of the product in the pictures was not correct. The Decathlon app also doesn't allow you to review progress of orders which is odd. On the whole I would shop here again but maybe focus on in store shopping more than online mainly because the product descriptions are vague or brief.”

“Am so impressed with the items I ordered from here that I have made another order, compliments from other on the children's clothing I bought and at such a great price. Just wish they done smaller sizes as my two youngest boys are a bit envious of their big brothers football kits”

“My daughters have both just started gymnastics, so was a bit clueless to what to order. But with the helpful advise from the website, I ordered 4 leotards & 2 leggings. I must admit I was a tad hesitant to purchase, due to bargain price of them, but I did. I was so glad too! The quality is brilliant & not only is the design lovely, the fabric is great quality too! They are true to size too!”
