“My favourite outdoor shop. I shopped in Decathlon in 3 different countries (Hungary, Belgium and UK) in the past 8 years and always had excellent products. The quality of products are better and better and the prices are just great. They must put money and effort in development which is clearly reflected in their services, quality and prices.”

“I just love Decathlon ever since I walked into my first store n Spain. When I returned to the UK I checked out where I could visit a store here. A wide range of choice in many sports with a high technical specification and without doubt great value for money. What more could you want?”

“Poor info on sizing. Many products do not show UK size so guess work needed. Return products apparently not received meaning replacement items not despatched and online account only says order "under preparation." Suspect disorganisation and poor tracking systems in returns dept. Online system requesting proof of postage by uploading scanned receipt does not work. Phone operators helpful and resolved issues quickly but many problems with online systems. Reluctant to purchase again.”

“I love Decathlon, their own brand products are really good value for money and equally as good as some of their branded equivalents. The website is always a challenge it's better than it was, but finding what you want is never easy, sometimes you may need to look in a couple of different ways to find the item you are after.”

“Unfortunately my item was damaged so I can't give 5 stars. However the return process is easy enough and I was able to exchange the item with no fuss, so overall I'm happy. I'm a big fan of Decathlon in France and only found out they were in the UK too so quite pleased about that.”

“We have been looking for full face snorkel&masks for 40 years since using them constantly in East Africa in the 60s and 70s. Could not believe we have finally found some. My husband has had a stroke but I feel confident that they will be good for him to use. Too soon to comment on them as we can't use them until September, but I expect they will be brilliant. The telephone team were easy to deal with. We had to return one mask as we ordered the wrong size, but return was swift and blissfully simple. Can't thank Decathlon enough.”
