“Bike is one of the best I ever had just a few things stem I can't seem to a adjust but I take it to one of stores for it check up but closest is Stevenage which is long way from me pity and delivery was poor which was dhl not the store fault I got it 7 days later than it should have arrived”

“Your stores are too far for me to grand collect therefore I need to pay for delivery. Pls pls pls you need to make it so that goods can be collected from other points like Argos or Post offices etc so we don't have to add £.399 to an order of for example £6.99. Please open more stores. Decathlon is great value for money.”

“The 13-14 yrs wetsuit ordered for my average sized 11 yr old was still far too small. However when I contacted them decathlon exchanged for ladies wetsuit. They waived extra charges. Arrived v quick. Great customer service. Pity the sizing is so bad.”

“Mixed experiences. I placed an order and received the wrong parcel. Then, the collection service did not arrive on two occasions and I had to take the wrong parcel to the local store. The customer service, however, is quite good and polite sorting up all the issues quickly.”

“I bought a table tennis table off the website almost 2 months ago now, and it still has not been delivered. Organisation between Decathlon and DX (logistics company) is hopeless as is the level of communication. Every time they say they will deliver it I then get a generic text on the morning saying they are not delivering it and they will contact me. They never contact me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!!”

“Extremely fast response from the customer service team whenever I have queries about their products. The bags I purchased were really value for money, they were cheap (less than 3 pounds), handy and of really good quality! I would strongly recommend Decathlon to anyone looking to purchase outdoor gear!”

“The customer service at the Belfast store is first class. On a couple of occasions I have had to return items due to wrong sizing or ordering incorrectly over the internet (all my own error). On every occasion the returning of the product has been made so simple and without hassle and I always buy additional products when instore. Just last week I had ordered the wrong filters for a pool and when returning I left behind the cleaning net which I also had purchased. I dropped back in last Friday to check if they had it. The customer service person could have just had a quick check and replied no its not here. Instead they checked for about 10minutes until they found it. I am not an easy customer to please and was extremely impressed by this level of customer service. I wish I had taken the guys name so you could pass on my thanks First class customer service .”

“The Breatheasy masks are fantastic, it has made snorkelling a brilliant experience for me as I am not a confident swimmer and would never go out of my depth. But last evening I swam in the Blue Lagoon for an hour in the deep sea and loved it. My husband and I are 60+ and we both love the masks. Everyone asked were we got them and of course I told them the best place and price, was Decathlon.”
