“Good shops, good prices, good stuff, terrible website! Took three days to ship an order which was supposed to be processed in one day. Emailed them to cancel the order as it was too late for my holiday, no reply. My faith in the brand is damaged.”

“Delivery very slow from time of order, over one week. Also UPS poor for tracking compared to DPD with no time slot at all, all day delivery slot of 9am to 7pm is pretty poor these days.”

“I collected an outdoor table tennis table from the Poole store. The staff dragged the box along the floor as it was too heavy to carry. This could have damaged the product but fortunately did not. Upon unpacking at home the wheels and cover were missing. Customer services arranged to deliver the missing items but failed to confirm a delivery date so no one was home to receive the items which were returned to sender. This was weeks ago and despite numerous phone calls are still missing. Decathlon have failed to call me back on any occasion. Extremely frustrating.”

“I swithered for years about buying a cagoule, but a reviewer on Decathlon convinced me to do so. It does exactly what it says on the tin - keeps me warm and dry and is not too hideous, considering what it is. Would recommend.”

“Bike is one of the best I ever had just a few things stem I can't seem to a adjust but I take it to one of stores for it check up but closest is Stevenage which is long way from me pity and delivery was poor which was dhl not the store fault I got it 7 days later than it should have arrived”

“Your stores are too far for me to grand collect therefore I need to pay for delivery. Pls pls pls you need to make it so that goods can be collected from other points like Argos or Post offices etc so we don't have to add £.399 to an order of for example £6.99. Please open more stores. Decathlon is great value for money.”
